Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please note that we will only ship to the cardholder's address, so please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order and may result in your order being cancelled. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon acceptance of your order.
Free Shipping
Please Note: Effective October 1, 2011 free shipping only applies to destinations in Canada that are accessible by ground routes. Those areas accessible only by air are exempt from this offer. Those postal codes starting with the following are possibly serviced only by air: A0K, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0V, R0B, S0J, T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E, Y0B. If your area is serviced only by air, then our free shipping offer does not apply and we will contact you at the email address or phone number you provided regarding the costs of your shipment.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Frontline Paintball reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We will not substitute items without first contacting you and receiving your permission to do so.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Frontline Paintball signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. Changes to these Conditions will be posted to this site without any other form of notification.
Out-of-Stock Products
Frontline Paintball does not back-order product.
If a product was unavailable at the time your order was shipped and you would still like to receive that item, please order it again. If the item you ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer and no longer available, you will have received a notification of this with your order.
While we make every effort to ensure that our inventory is correctly reflected by the stock indicator on this website, we accept no liability for errors that may occur, nor will we offer any compensation for items that are ordered and not shipped.
Price Matching
If you find an item with a lower price advertised online, Frontline Paintball will match that price if all of the following conditions are met:
- The lower advertised price is found on a Canadian paintball website.
- The company selling the product must have a physical location in Canada and must be selling in Canadian dollars.
- The competing website must have the item in stock.
- The item must be identical to the one we are offering on our website.
- Before placing your order on Frontline Paintball, you send us an email request for a price match (shop@frontlinepaintball.com). Please include a link to the competitor's webpage.
Note: Under certain rare circumstances, Frontline Paintball reserves the right to refuse to match prices, regardless of whether or not the above conditions are met. We will, of course, inform you of this at the time of your request to match prices.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time - Most orders will ship within one or two business days of the order being placed. Orders with missing or erroneous information may be delayed further. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Frontline Paintball only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Typographical and Graphical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Frontline Paintball shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Frontline Paintball shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Frontline Paintball shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Please note that all items may not be exactly as pictured. Manufacturers sometimes make changes to products, and what is included with products, without notification. Frontline Paintball makes no guarantees that items will be exactly as pictured or described.
Warranties
The warranties on all products sold on the Frontline Paintball website are solely those offered by the manufacturer. Many manufacturers include their warranty information within the packaging of their products, or list it on their websites. If you need clarity on your product's warranty, please contact us.
Frontline Paintball offers no warranties, explicit or implied, beyond those of the manufacturer. All warranty repairs or claims must be directed to the manufacturer for service.
